The M=POWER Community Center, located at Pierson Lane is open to the general public with diverse programming. The space is available for rent to host special events. Non profit Programming includes fitness and wellness programs.

Over 100 community members have attended seminars related to food preparation, skin care, healthy eating, financial literacy, home ownership, car ownership, driver's lic preparation, and energy principles.
